Hema Sundaram, M.D. is a Board Certified dermatologist and expert cosmetic surgeon in the Washington, D.C. area. Dr. Hema is the author of the acclaimed book, "Face Value: The Truth About Beauty - and a Guilt-Free Guide To Finding It", which was honored by the National Press Club, and she is the Skincare and Aesthetic Medicine Advisor for the HealthCentral Network (www.healthcentral.com). Dr. Hema is committed to medical teaching and research. She serves as a physician trainer for state-of-the-art, minimally invasive cosmetic surgery techniques including Perlane, Restylane, Botox and Laser Rejuvenation, and as a Principal Investigator for FDA studies of new treatments.
